Abbas M. Baig

Abbas M. Baig is the Founding Principal of BAIG LAW FIRM. As a dedicated Barrister and Solicitor, he earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law. He also holds an Honours Master of Science (MSc.) and an Honours Bachelor of Science (BSc.) from the University of Guelph.

At BAIG LAW FIRM, Abbas specializes in personal injury law, immigration law, real estate law, and franchise law. He is a strong advocate for his clients and a firm believer in justice and equal access to the legal system.

Abbas has successfully represented clients before the Federal Court of Canada, securing favorable rulings in notable cases, including:

Prior to his legal career, Abbas served as Chief of Staff to a Federal Member of Parliament and worked as an Advisor to Cabinet Ministers in the Government of Ontario.

During his tenure in politics and government, he provided strategic counsel to policymakers and elected officials at both the provincial and federal levels. His work has enabled him to establish strong relationships within diverse communities, as well as with elected representatives and key figures across various sectors.
